Phoenix Manufacturing and Construction (PNX) was a small company before the launch of the BA fleet, focusing on the manufacturing of components and full-filling contracts on construction of larger vessels. As it was a small company, its founders had to develop a program that would help speed up the process of gathering materials and the construction contracts. One of the founders, Kieran, developed the AI program called Syren to help with those endeavours.

Currently, Phoenix Manufacturing and Construction is working on rebuilding its assets and hopefully find other company survivors, which Aelsius, its currently only surviving founder, feels doubtful about but hasn't given up hope.

Current Status
Syren has activated the Paradigm Protocol, causing PNX to go into lockdown. Phoenix Manufacturing and Construction has been renamed to Phoenix Paradigm during this time.
