Background:
\\ Jet Kovex—known among drifters and scaffolders as “Bit”—was born in the rustbowels of Ceres Station, surrounded by failing air recyclers and secondhand hulls. His parents were habitat welders who taught him early that nothing in the Belt lasts unless you make it better.

From a young age, Jet tore apart machinery not to fix it, but to reinvent it. While others made tools to survive, Jet made machines that sang, habitats that breathed, and drones that danced. Beauty and function were never separate in his world.

At 16, he was welcomed into the Scaffolders, a loose guild of itinerant engineers who hop from rock to rock, building homes, art, and rebellion into the Freebelt’s bones.
