\\ originally a citizen of earth, livio was part of a project in croatia during a time of genetic experimentation. his time in Croatia was not a voluntary one,  he was subject to the " brenner project" by a crazed scientist named philomela, left with a few memories and a odd modified implant on the back of his neck, he was essentially crammed into a rocket and launched into space for " science" . the details of the "brenner project" are lost to time with detonation of the island  and the lab there in, the only remaining evidence is both in the blood and mind of livio. only time will tell.
